About the Nominee: UPDATE: June 15, 2016Ms. Aubrey is not employed at Sayler Park School or Cincinnati Public Schools. Although she is not eligible for the LifeChanger of the Year cash prizes, we recognize the outstanding work she has done with providing support and guidance to the students and families of Sayler Park School. We're leaving this profile up to honor her passion and dedication as a case manager.Ms. Aubrey, as she is respectfully known by students, serves Sayler Park School as a case manager and mental health provider. She works for Beech Acres Parenting Center. Ms. Aubrey provides crisis support and social skills instruction for individual students and classes. She also manages all cases at Sayler Park School by conducting intake interviews and determining the level of services needed. She provides a safe place for students who deal with traumatic situations. Not only does Ms. Aubrey work with individual students during the school day, but she also provides family support and goes on home visits to work with students and families together. She is able to provide support and guidance to parents and makes recommendations for different resources they may need. Through this type of difficult work, she is truly making a difference in the lives of families and students at Sayler Park School and in the communities of Sayler Park and Riverside. Ms. Aubrey has been a fantastic addition to the Sayler Park family.
