About the Nominee: Laura Green has been a kindergarten teacher for over 25 years. She has worked tirelessly to prepare her students for success. She dedicates her time outside of regular school hours to creating engaging lessons for young minds. Mrs. Green treats each child that enters her classroom as if they were her own, ensuring that they lack for nothing. She has donated money, bought t-shirts and provided supplies to those who were without. When asked why she would give so freely, Mrs. Green simply states that she wants no child left out. This is also how she feels when it comes to learning. She works to make sure each child is prepared for first grade when they leave her room. Mrs. Green is a dedicated teacher who is celebrated as a LifeChanger in her community!
