She devotes her time and energy to helping students and staff members reach their fullest potential. She strives to find the good in all situations and is the first to collaborate and seek solutions to the toughest problems. Dr. Griffin believes in an open door policy where all staff and students feel welcome and at ease when needing guidance. She is adored by staff, students and the Masters Community.
