About the Nominee: Nicole Williams was nominated by a friend, Morgan Carey.Nicole Williams is a full-time mother of two, wife and teacher on all levels both in and out of Varina High School. Her personality is captivating and infectious, and it is echoed in her work. Mrs. Williams is deeply involved and connected to her community as a selfless leader and life coach. With her non-traditional approach, she is able to meet "her children," as she always refers to them, where they are and get them on track to setting realistic goals and achieving success. Her genuine desire to be a part of the change that she wants to see in her community is evident in her continuous efforts to care and look out for others. She gives a hundred and ten percent in all that she does! Mrs. Williams is an invested advocate, fearless leader, backbone, counselor and pillar in the Eastern Henrico County Community. She inspires and challenges anyone and everyone who comes in contact with her to be a "better them."
