About the Nominee: Nina Eidson is an energetic, dedicated and inspiring teacher! She works tirelessly to bring her lessons to life in engaging and creative ways, from sea turtles and rocks to using technology and imaginative reading/writing projects. She also integrates real-world issues, as her students connect what they are learning to beyond the four walls of the classroom. Her students also know that she loves them and is committed to making sure that they are successful.Mrs. Eidson volunteers with the Rainbow program, which is a group for students to come together that have experienced a loss. She extends her day by volunteering with a variety of committees, including Science Olympiad and Drama Club. Most importantly, she always makes sure that students have what they need, as she is their biggest cheerleader and supporter. Her nominator, who wishes to remain anonymous, says that their child has gained confidence, both academically and emotionally, under Mrs. Eidson's instruction. She has never wavered in her commitment to making sure her students shine! Her creative projects made coming to school fun for students. The Clark Creek community is truly blessed to have such a fantastic teacher and LifeChanger!
