About the Nominee: From the first day he started teaching, Paul White has been dedicated to Dunbar High School's students and performing arts program. It had been many years since Dunbar had a theater production, but because of Mr. White's hard work and dedication, the school produced two productions in one semester. He was also able to form and produce a school choir for the first time in a long time. The choir performed for a black history program and one of the neighboring middle schools.Under his leadership, the school band has grown from 10 members to 45 members within one school year. Mr. White often spends his own money purchasing music supplies, food for students on performance days and whatever else they may need. Mr. White is a LifeChanger who works incredibly hard to further develop the fine and performing arts programs at Dunbar High School!
