He knows how to connect with students at all levels. The first person students look for before eating is Mr. Ventura because he is always encouraging and inspiring them. He also encourages the staff on a daily basis by blessing them and giving his infectious smile. Mr. Ventura believes that every day is a great day. He enjoys being the campus custodian and makes sure to give excellent service and greet everyone who visits the campus.
