About the Nominee: A leader is someone who unselfishly helps others, both in and out of the classroom. Allison McGowan is a highly effective teacher and leader who transitioned from the classroom to an ABA Coach this year. Ms. McGowan goes above and beyond each day to make sure students have visual schedules and helps teachers that need help with students that have autism. She has also been an integral part of the newly instated response to intervention programs. Ms. McGowan always has a shining face and has a wonderful rapport with her students and colleagues!
