About the Nominee: Dawn Cutlip is the heart and soul of Burnsville Elementary School. She is such a blessing to the parents, and the students love her. During the school year, she goes above and beyond to make sure that her students and school are taken care of. The staff is lucky to have her because she assists them, too. Mrs. Cutlip's nominator, who wishes to remain anonymous, states that they and their children cannot imagine Burnsville Elementary without her!
