About the Nominee: Deborah Stepman is wonderful with students! No matter what challenges she faces, she is always level-headed. The students, staff, and crossing guards love her. When former students and their parents see her in the community, they always show her a lot of love and thank her for a job well done. She goes into her school to help other teachers in the summer while on vacation. Ms. Stepman is dedicated and spends a lot of time helping others at her school!
