About the Nominee: Gina Curtis was nominated by her principal, Sam Carter.Ms. Curtis is a master relationship builder with her students. She works with students that have the highest needs, but her students always know how much she cares. Students throughout the building know her from her warm smile and ability to connect with them beyond the surface. Ms. Curtis is positive and works tirelessly to help students, both during the school day and in the after school program! She is well-respected among her colleagues and the community.
