About the Nominee: Sharon Trahern was nominated by her principal, Stacie Jones.Ms. Trahern is a wonderful teacher who builds relationships with her students. When students can tell that their teacher loves them and cares about them as much as Ms. Trahern does, they will perform so much better because they will not want to disappoint their teacher. The Sunray ISD community feels fortunate to have Mrs. Trahern in the district. She is so amazing that her principal and nominator, Ms. Jones, wants to keep her in the school forever!
